Close-up

Photography is a passion of mine.  It is very relaxing because I don't have to make a living with
it and deadlines are not an issue. I don't do it as often as I would like to, mainly for the same reasons.  In real life deadlines have to be met and I have to make a living! Anyway, here are
three samples of some of my pictures.

Gorgeous! You could easily have a second career as a photographer, but I'm glad that you don't- a hobby can be more fun! I have to ask what the specimen on the right is; that plant looks like it belongs on another world!

I've gotten a lot of use out of your beautiful and sensual "Fantasy of Flowers" book. Most books that feature photos of flowers don't allow you to see the fine details, but your amazing macro images are so clear, with such remarkable lighting and compositions-often just what I need to finish fleshing out a flower for a piece that I'm working on. I even referenced your photos to finish the iris on my IMC piece!

Thank you so much, Jen.
You always have something nice to say! I wish I could tell you what plant that was but I really have no idea. I usually see something in a flower that I like and try to photograph it so that it doesn't look like just a flower.

These are so beautiful Boris! I especially am drawn to the flower on the lower left. Like Jen said "Gorgeous!" I'd love to see more when you get a chance :-)
